Terms of Service
Last updated 15 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Workshop (“the Service”), a set of browser tools for preparing and editing game assets. By signing in or using any tool, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service processes files you upload - vehicle models, textures, audio, and configuration files - and returns modified versions of them. It is a processing tool. It does not supply, license, or sell game assets, and it does not grant you any right to any file you put through it.
2. Your files are your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you upload and for what you do with the results. By uploading a file you confirm that you own it, that you have permission from its creator to modify and use it, or that you otherwise have the legal right to do so.
The Service can unlock, convert, retexture, re-rig, and otherwise alter third-party work. Whether you are entitled to do any of that to a particular file is a question between you and whoever created or licensed it. That liability rests entirely with you. We do not review uploads, cannot verify ownership, and accept no responsibility for infringement, licence breaches, or disputes arising from what you process or distribute.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, or cost brought by a third party arising from files you uploaded or output you distributed.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- process files you have no right to modify or redistribute;
- strip, defeat, or circumvent licensing, watermarking, or attribution belonging to another creator;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service itself, or automate it on behalf of others;
- attempt to breach, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the Service or its infrastructure;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach, without refund.
4. Accounts and access
Accounts are personal. You are responsible for everything done under yours, including by anyone you share credentials or a signed-in session with. Sharing an account is grounds for termination.
Access is granted per tool and may be changed, added to, or withdrawn at any time.
5. Credits, payment and refunds
Use of the tools consumes credits. What a job costs depends on the tool and on the options you choose - heavier work, such as optimising every texture in a vehicle, costs more. The full cost is shown before you confirm it, and confirming it spends the credits whether or not you keep the result. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Where credits are sold or included with a plan, any allowance resets on the stated cycle and unused credits do not carry over unless explicitly stated. Prices and credit costs may change; changes apply going forward, not retroactively.
Refunds are at our discretion. A failed job that consumed credits through our fault will be credited back on request.
6. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Raising a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, and a permanent ban from purchasing any of our current or future products. Access already granted may be revoked and any remaining credits forfeited. This applies whether or not the dispute is upheld.
If something is wrong with a purchase, contact us first. Genuine problems get resolved; disputes filed without contact do not.
7. Sharing, resale and piracy
Output generated for you is for your own use and the use of the server or project you generated it for. Redistributing our tools, reselling access, or sharing paid output as a means of avoiding purchase will result in permanent termination and a permanent purchase ban.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will work correctly in your game, on your server, or with any particular software.
Automated processing can produce imperfect results. Model, texture, audio and configuration edits may behave differently in game than they appear here. You are expected to test output before using it in production.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost data, corrupted files, server downtime, or damage arising from your use of the Service or its output.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Keep your own backups. Always retain an unmodified copy of any file before processing it.
10. Your files and our handling of them
Uploads to the tools are processed to produce your output and are not retained beyond what that requires. Files you host through Image Hosting or the API are kept until you delete them. Finished output may be stored so it can be downloaded again from your account history, and may be removed after a period without notice. We do not claim ownership of anything you upload, and we do not use your files to train anything or share them with third parties except as needed to run the Service.
We record account details from your sign-in provider, which tools you used and when, and how many credits you spent. See the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and changes
Tools may be added, changed, or withdrawn at any time. We may impose or adjust limits on file size, job length, or usage. We aim to give notice of significant changes but are not obliged to.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown here is the current one, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for a chargeback, or where required by law. Sections covering responsibility for your files, indemnity, warranty, and liability survive termination.
14. Contact
Questions, problems, or anything that looks like it might become a payment dispute: contact us first, through the channel you purchased or signed in through.

What we collect, what we keep and who else sees it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
